HR Manager

Position Overview:

This key management position will provide total HR function support to the Location Manager to launch and establish the rapid business growth of ehealthchina. This position will build employee and organization excellence by ensuring optimal flexibility in resource allocation and planning, recruitment, administration, development and retention in order to support business needs of functions, build organizational capabilities, continuous improvement culture, commitment and performance in line with HR Operations strategy.

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and General Services
    Attract, select high quality people for business development.
  • Organization Changes
    Provide support to management while preparing and implementing organization changes. Identify and clarify needs for improvement within the existing organization and participate and/or coordinate organizational restructuring programs together with line management.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    Monitor and ensure consistency in grading for Operations positions to reward appropriately. Conduct salary reviews in alignment with Operation C&B strategies. Conduct Salary Survey process for eligible employees in Operations. Identify salaries & wages budget for employees with Operations Controlling.

Consumer Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including methods such as: behavioral modeling, benchmark studies, competitive evaluations, user surveys, heuristic evaluations, A/B testing and similar approaches;
  • Understanding the features, functionality and user experience of the eHealth site;
  • Performing exploratory analysis/research on eHealth existing product performance, including descriptive customer analytics (segmentation, behavior, etc.) and data mining;
  • Providing insight and vision to the team based on researching user needs. Convert research findings into actionable results;
  • Working closely with interaction designers, visual designers, product managers, marketing, engineers, business analysts and user experience researchers to define an improve the user experience for the eHealth website.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in related field required;
  • At least 2 or 3 years experience in conducting user experience research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience working with high-traffic consumer websites and e-commerce sites is preferred;
  • Excellent analytical and problem structuring and solving skills;
  • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts such as correlation, regression, confidence intervals, etc. and experience using them in experimental design;
  • Solid working knowledge of multivariate analysis techniques (e.g. multiple regression, factor analysis, etc.) and experimental design methods (e.g., ANOVA) preferred;

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Go through the normal training process and able to communicate with trainers to ensure the training is productive and effective;
  • Ensure daily tasks assigned are being taken care of;

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining hosted environments (including information exchange/processing with various external enterprise systems).
  • Delivering technical communications.
  • Resolving problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance/practices, and use of eHealth solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience and proven success in providing high quality customer service.
  • Minimum of 2 years plus experience with Web servers and application servers (Tomcat, BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, IIS, Apache).
  • Minimum of 3 years software support experience with products on Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux, or HPUX) and Windows platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret programming languages at a code level (especially Java).
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSP, and Web communication protocols will be a Big Plus.
  • Familiarity with database products (Oracle, DB2, and SQL).

  • Maintain existing carrier products by communicating and assigning out the ever changing content requirements;
  • Take initiative in work flow control, help Application Specialist, Developer and QA to better understand carriers’ requirements and address their questions in a timely manner;
  • Promote and implement paperless enrollment capabilities with carriers to improve the live site’s online consumer interface.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or above;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;

Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Keep and develop the good relationship with all levels government institutions and China Insurance Regulatory Committee and its related organization;
  • Assist the China Carrier Relations Manager and all Representative Offices around China to promote the business model of eHealthInsurance to Chinese insurance companies and subsidiaries of foreign insurance companies in China, and build up partnership or investment relationship with them;
  • Assist the China Carrier Relations Manager and all Representative Offices around China to collect pertinent industry information, analyze market trends, complete market survey reports and business plan, and plan and organize market events.

Specific Knowledge / Skills:

  • Three years plus working experience in marketing; nation-wide marketing international prestigious brands is preferred;
  • Outstanding English speaking, reading and writing skills; overseas working experience is preferred;
  • Knowledge in foreign insurance markets, and intellectual property and copyright legal issues, experience in insurance industry is preferred;
  • Excellent public relation, inter personal and communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Basic command of computer (MS office software, website surfing, and email functions)

Education & Qualifications:

Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast paced Call Center team oriented environment.
  • Manage and train an existing staff of 25 people with the ability to scale this operation to 50 people.
  • Help design and put together the infrastructure to scale up operations quickly when needed.
