Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Go through the normal training process and able to communicate with trainers to ensure the training is productive and effective;
  • Ensure daily tasks assigned are being taken care of;
  • Communicate with team lead and seek help from other resources if the due day tasks cannot be finished in a timely manner;
  • Get familiar with techniques involved in routine tasks, in regard to excel, conversion etc.;
  • Attend the trainings to enrich the knowledge on health insurance with all the resources we have provided;
  • Notify the team lead and trainer in regard to any irregular reports or instructions;
  • Follow the instructions to use public sharing software in a proper way
  • Accept tasks assigned from the superior.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (Experience working in related area is a plus);
  • Good English proficiency, especially in reading and writing. Required CET 6 or above;
  • Proactive, willing to learn new things, hard working, team work, good sense of responsibility;
  • Well organized, patient, open with changes and detail oriented;
  • Able to work under high pressure and time limitation;
  • Willing to work in flexible hours, day shift, and night shift.
