HR Manager

Position Overview:

This key management position will provide total HR function support to the Location Manager to launch and establish the rapid business growth of ehealthchina. This position will build employee and organization excellence by ensuring optimal flexibility in resource allocation and planning, recruitment, administration, development and retention in order to support business needs of functions, build organizational capabilities, continuous improvement culture, commitment and performance in line with HR Operations strategy.

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and General Services
    Attract, select high quality people for business development.
  • Organization Changes
    Provide support to management while preparing and implementing organization changes. Identify and clarify needs for improvement within the existing organization and participate and/or coordinate organizational restructuring programs together with line management.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    Monitor and ensure consistency in grading for Operations positions to reward appropriately. Conduct salary reviews in alignment with Operation C&B strategies. Conduct Salary Survey process for eligible employees in Operations. Identify salaries & wages budget for employees with Operations Controlling.
  • Training & Development
    Provide appropriate, high-quality learning opportunities for Operations employees. Ensure job and function specific management training and development programs are in line with the organization and individual development needs and within the allocated / approved budget.
  • Labour Relations
    Ensure adequate timeframe and correctness of labor relations (employment) in compliance with current labor legislation. Manage good working relationship and co-operation with local works council.
  • Expatriate policy & administration
    Liaising with the International Service Coordinator and overseas HR contacts to ensure that in coming and out going processes are effectively managed.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English language skills- written, spoken and reading.
  • BA + in Economics, and / or Business Administration and Human Resources qualification preferred;
  • Good IT skills, Microsoft Windows packages
  • Prefer candidate with multi national experience
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Human Resources covering Recruitment, C&B, Performance Management, Organization Change and Labour Relations and general HR functions.
  • Leadership and management experiences.
