Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Vice President and management team.
- Manage and supervise on office security, facility, sanitation, and virescence issues.
- Assist on business travels with flights, hotels etc.
- Follow up on annual check of business certificate & license per statutory requirement.
- Coordinate regular meeting agenda and minutes.
- English interpret as required. Be available to meet and greet visitors as necessary and arrange refreshments.
- Maintain administration files and legal files.
- Assist on public relation activities and internal teambuilding activities.
- Maintain effective communication on office administrative affairs with all departments.
- Provide assistance on other duties when required.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written is a requirement;
- Pleasant personality, excellent verbal communication skills, strong planning and follow-up capabilities;
- Well organized and detail oriented;
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and PowerPoint etc.;
- Good team worker; strong sense of responsibility;
- Independent and be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (relevant work experience preferred).
- CET 6 or equivalent is required.
- Experience in foreign enterprise is preferred.
